I have noticed this myself that some links no longer work. I also noticed that when I accessed some of the PDF links from the Roadmap certification, some links are broken.
I tested this for our publication broadcasts (on 20th of the month, sometimes it lands on Saturday or Sunday) as well as on Fridays (podcast/video) and we're B2B. I saw less unsubscribes when I sent that type of broadcasts on Fridays and on the weekends. CTR is just slightly better, not a huge dif...
Update: there's something wrong with my tokens. I added the lead.nominee token by typing it in my emails, which isn't visible in the tokens pick list and when I approved and tested the email, what I added was stripped. 😞

I guess you can also try going to the web activity report, export the report, sort the visited web page or do a find on a .PDF so you can see who viewed the PDF files in one report.
