YES! This is super helpful and we do that with Siftrock (now owned by Drift). It connects to our email inboxes and automatically categorizes email responses as OOO, Left Company, Human Reply, etc., and allows us to add them to separate Marketo lists. The FAQ on the page you linked in your message is very helpful; but I should also note that the bot filter only blocks bot activity - if the same users open or click the email (as humans), they will be counted as opens and clicks.
It appears this data can be retrieved using Advance Report Builder in Marketo. The report builder lets us pull data in many useful ways for our email drops.
