We are using NetSuite and are doing one way integration (from Marketo to CRM). I have heard that native bi-directional integration is only possible with SFDC.I would love to hear feedback from guys who are doing bi-directional integration with a non SFDC CRM. How do you proceed?
In my organization non admin users have indeed been able to change their language and/or time zones w/o any issue.

Cathal,The issue that I have is not only the fact that the box is not ticked but that when I tick it (and save it) and then go back a couple of weeks later, the box is back to untick. Next time I notice that, I will send copy of email and Marketo screenshot to support.Cécile
