I'd recommend checking out Marketo's product documentation regarding setting up an auto-response email. This seems like it covers exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
@Katja_Keesom I'm using a mixture of programs and emails (well mostly emails and 1 program per stream). I understand I can set the smart campaign within the program to ignore communication limits but how do I accomplish that with the rest of the standard emails in my steams?
