Hey Josh,Yes the field is visible to the Marketo user. Additionally, the Marketo user has Modify All permissions on the Lead, Contact, Opp, and Account objects. Hoi

Hi Gregoire,The two records are both leads.Update:We believe we have identified a possible third party that is integrating directly with SFDC and pushing leads into SFDC directly. We are investigating it as the cause of the duplicates. Thanks,Hoi

Apologies. I thought I had uploaded the screenshot with my first post. See below:Again, we definitely did not include a column for "Created DateTime" on the Excel sheet. It just updated seemingly automatically.
