Hi there,I just wanted to find out if anyone else is facing the same issue as us. Our sales team are using the track functionality of the Outlook plugin. If the sales person sends and tracks an email to the Email 2 address of one of their contacts, it creates a duplicate lead in Marketo. Is this exp...
Amazing post. Everyone in Marketo should print this out and stick it next to their desk until it's all resolved!
Hi Rachel,We did implement this, and it seems to be working OK for us! If you want to take a look at the source code of the page we use it on, it's: http://pages.acis.com/localreps.html Our web developer implemented this for me, so if you have any technical questions, I'm happy to put you in touch w...

Hi there,Has anyone found a way of setting up a form and having a multiple choice question which allows the lead to choose a limited number of options? i.e. Here's a list of 10 things, choose three.Any ideas how this could work? Thanks,James

Thanks Grant - I'm not sure we want to go down the route of preventing people from using personal email addresses, but it's certainly good to know it's an option.
Thanks John - I think those are good suggestions and I'll give them some thought. Thanks for taking the time to respond!
