I just wanted to find out if anyone else is facing the same issue as us. Our sales team are using the track functionality of the Outlook plugin. If the sales person sends and tracks an email to the Email 2 address of one of their contacts, it creates a duplicate lead in Marketo. Is this expected behavior? Is there anyway of avoiding the creating of duplicates (other than only sending emails to the primary email address)?

I believe this is expected behavior from the MSI plugins for both Outlook and CRM.
