I don't think so because it's not a specific click or URL, we had something similar that doesn't track. Instead, we added our printable pdf URL that is loaded as a Marketo asset so we know they expanded that area and then clicked on the pdf for more info. I hope this helps.

I think I found an easier way. I decided to use the reports option in Marketo instead and send that report based on criteria to our sales team on a daily basis. 🐵 Thank you!

Are you using Data Loader to import the notes? You could also create a custom Field (Tradeshow Notes) and then download the list of attendees using Salesforce so the salesforce ID was included.
