Is there an option after the wait step in the flow, to "check" a field? Example: Trigger: Opportunity createdFlow: Wait 30 days and then check to see if opportunity is at a 10% stage, if not then send a sales alert?

Josh, That wont work because we use a queue - all leads are assigned to a general pool until a rep obtains an opportunity. This is why I have round robin set up. I need to be able to stop the round robin though if there is an open activity. Any way to do this?
Seriously? There is no way to send an email to a contact based upon a triggering action such as the product manager turning on the flag and that would prompt an email on that record to be sent to the email on that record?
