Hi Natalia,in general, it depends on "their platform". The platforms that are among LaunchPoint partners can be more or less easily integrated with Marketo and provide out-of-the box registration/attendance management.
I believe the system will remember the latest status and compare to that. Try it on a test lead/person.Best;m
Hey,I believe by GIF you meant animated GIF? That is the issue on the client side, not Marketo. Some email clients (like Outlook for Windows) don't support animated GIFs. Check out this post for more info: A Guide to Animated GIFs In Email Best;m

Are those addresses on different domains or on the same (your corporate) domain?
