THe change was made in Marketo, not in SFDC, so I just need to go into Salesforce and make the same change and everythign should be all set?Why is it make me do that when it it is categorized, under field mapping, as unmapped custom fields??
the problem is, when on the progressive profile form, it auto sets no value to false, so the form see's it as being answered and doesn't ask the question.
I had to change the field type from boolean to string because I want to use the field in a progressive profile form and if it's boolean, it doesn't show up. I have changed it succesfully and it is working, but I received this message from Marketo. Why does it want me to change it back??
wow, awesome! Thank you!
Just wondering if I can just build in a smart campaign to do the same thing.
Is there any way to stop Marketo from creating a new lead everytime an email address is changed in Salesforce?
Everytime an email address is changed in Salesforce it's creating a new lead in Marketo, should this be happening or do we need to change our settings in Marketo?
Never mind, I answered my own question, you have to go to Event Actions and hit refresh from webinar provider. Thanks anyways!
Usually this happens automatically, since Webex is synced with Marketo, but it's not showing the people that attended the webinar as such in Marketo. I need this to update so I can push the status through to salesforce. I don't know what the problem could be. PLEASE HELP!
Nevermind, it finally took, everyone is now registered. Thank you everyone for your help!
