Understood. So when a progression status is automatically set to "Attended", do you have a smart campaign that changes "recent campaign" to "Attended Webinar XYZ"? I know I can set this per webinar program, just wondering if there's a way to have a global smart campaign that controls that

I don't think you can change this field type in SF (Option "change field type does not show up), what we did is create another custom field called "Original source info (custom)" with text type and updated it with Workflow. Hi Elliot, don't you capture the attendance as a recent campaign response? there are some cases that someone registered but not attend.
Thanks Cathal, you are correct, we mainly focus on opportunity stages / account status (which is dependent on the opportunity).
