Hey community! Some of our communication is not sent via Marketo. However, we would still like to cookie these leads so that we can track website activity in Marketo prior to a form fill. Thanks, i've reviewed the activity log and it looks like they were all created via the same form. The confirmation email was delivered so the email address is valid.

We keeping getting leads with Mr or Ms as their job title and a year in the company name like '1953'. Is this happening to anyone else/ is this definitely a bot?Thanks!

Ah, I see. I guess i'm just confused as to why sometimes there is an "opened email" and a "clicked link activity", while other times i'm only seeing the "clicked link" activity.

Once every 365 days should work. You can also set up a counter campaign that runs daily by creating a scoring field. Thank you! and Sanford Whiteman that's correct. We do want the form submission to count if option A and B are selected. But if option C is selected we do not want the submission to count.
