I believe what you're looking for is {{trigger.Name}}. This should draw in the actual asset that triggered the campaign. Since the click link is the asset that triggers it, it will bring out the URL.

Hmmmm, what if the issue isn't with the trigger, but the flow. Have you tried a more simple new value as a test to deduce that? Another way to check is if you have 0 results and there are actual members in the campaign, something is wrong w/ the flow.
Post a new screenshot of a new DVC. Your screenshot seems to show only what happened on 8/20. The trigger won't automatically fire again against an old DVC.
