In addition to the Brayn's comment make sure to update the status in Salesforce campaign too, if you are adding these leads to any specific campaign. Else it can be added as a default status sent "Provided you have any specific status to show in Salesforce"
Hi Evan,When you delete a record an upload the record again, new record gets created and New Marketo ID gets associated to it also make sure when you delete record from Marketo only and not from Salesforce the leads get sync back to Marketo from Salesforce and this may create duplicate leads.Thanks

Hi Jake,If you have tested it via email send, you can view the email performance report just by changing the program view from Summary to Dashboard.
HI Jennifer,Without approving the email program it is impossible for the emails to go out. Could you check random leads through which program email was sent. You can also check the email report dashboard of the email program and the last edit of the email program for clear understating.ThanksAnkit
