You can add a choice in the flow step "If not was sent email A" send email " A and similarly for other emails. By doing this, if lead A & B has received 2 emails they won't receive the 1st two email and will qualify for the remaining emails.Thanks

You can send the email via Random sample 50/50, by this the email will be sent to all the people who qualifies for the campaigns and you can run a report to check which email performed better.You can do it via A/B testing too, as you have shared in the snapshot.
