You can enter these contacts in the smartlist saying "email address: is " the list of contacts" and Unsubscribed is "True" now, if they already exist in database smartlist will give you the number of people and similarly you can do it for unsubscribed is "false" and the missing people does not exist...

Hi lopamudra Chakraborty​ , you cannot edit the Marketo check-in app ( no fields can be added or deleted). Also, make sure, if you are using the check in app, you click on the sync button every time for the data to be updated in Marketo or you can use it offline and sync the data at once.

Instead you can pass the values which you require in an email using token and send it as a alert.

You can just add the lead token in the email ( lead.Salesforce field) in which you are passing the values of Lead development rep. The token should automatically pick the assigned value of the rep.

But why do you want to create a duplicate lead in that case, you can send a notification to the Sales Owner/Account owner and get the lead source recent value updated.

Tags are available for reporting in RCE, you won't be able to use tags on RCA.You can create the required tag and do RCE reporting to do the analysis.

I think the leads continue to be in the casts but they do not get the emails as they have unsubscribed from the email. You can create an empty stream and name it as " Bad Data" and you can start adding such leads (unsubscribed, hardbounces, invalid) to that stream as they remain the reporting also.o...
