It's actually the opposite. If you add the "mktNoTrack" class then the link will not be converted to a tracking link. It will appear in the email as-is. If there is no class attached then the link will be converted to a tracking link and you will be able to report on clicks.There is no technical way...
The only way to do this currently is by adding the CSS manually in in the HTML editor. We are adding back some of these image features soon. We're working on that now. In the meantime, add the CSS or just revert to the old editor.
