Yes it does, however you could also append your templates so every button has both tokens. If there is ever at a time you don't want utm tracking in the links, just replace the token values with a space.

Christine Rios Snippets are also great if you use Marketo segmentation because you can have regional specific footers within the same snippet. (ex. Address footer: if lead is in North America, show the North America HQ address. If lead is in EMEA, show EMEA HQ).
You can create a list in Database and upload leads there. Once the leads are uploaded, you can select all, right click and hover down to Salesforce and click "Add to SFDC Campaign." Just make sure the campaign is already created in SFDC and marked as active.
