Great Post. This Is so true. Despite the efforts we put sometimes we just cant find out the reason as to why some campaigns don't perform even though we analyse it, do a lot of content changes and A/B testing, change the targeting and what not.

Hi,The campaign emailers sent through Marketo are by default gone to the promotions tab in Gmail for some of the users when we did an internal testing. Is there any configuration change I would have to do to fix this up so that the email is received in the normal inbox tab? Please let me know.
