Teresa,You can try creating a smart list with the filter "Member of SFDC Campaign: person is not in". Then click the green "+" sign and in the left drop down, you can select every single SFDC campaign. The resulting smart list will populate with every person that is not part of any SFDC campaign.

Katie,"Had Interesting Moment" is a filter and "Has Interesting Moment" is the trigger. You should see both options in a smart campaign's smart list.

Matt,The best course of action here is to use the filter "in past 7 days". This will include those 7 days ago, but also those 3 or 4 days ago.
