Can't Use Has Interesting Moment in Smart Campaign?

Hi,

Just switched companies and was going to build out the interesting moments but "Has Interesting Moment" is missing from the triggers? When I go to Field Management Last Interesting Moment Date, Desc, Source, and Type are there. What am I missing??

Hi Katie,

Check your version of Marketo. Click "Help -> Subscription Info" and liaise with support, sales rep or CSM. If you are supposed to have the option, file a support ticket.

PS: my understanding is that it comes with all versions of Marketo, so I wold probably log the support case straight away

Hi all,

I have seen another instance that did not have interesting moments.

I believe it is dependent on having Marketo Sales Insight provisioned on the account (although it doesn't matter whether MSI is actually connected to anything).

Might want to check whether this is the case here Katie O'Brien​

Indeed, and all instances are supposed to come with 5 MSI seats...

Not all instances come with MSI. This is a separate add-on that is provided to customer when they are integrating natively with SFDC or MSD. In the case for Katie, is it potentially removed to reduce the total cost if there is no real requirement?

We're missing MSI and interesting moments as well but we've had it previously ever since we deployed Marketo. From what it seems to us is that Marketo just turned it off without warning one day...

Katie,

"Had Interesting Moment" is a filter and "Has Interesting Moment" is the trigger. You should see both options in a smart campaign's smart list.

In field management, you should check the hidden fields

It's independent from the CRM. Interesting moments always exist.

It is not synched to any CRM, and it is not in hidden fields. Last Interesting Moment Date, Desc, Source, and Type are in field management and not hidden.
