We're missing MSI and interesting moments as well but we've had it previously ever since we deployed Marketo. From what it seems to us is that Marketo just turned it off without warning one day...
It is apart of MSI which is not included in our contract.
Indeed, and all instances are supposed to come with 5 MSI seats...

Log a support ticket so they can help you identify your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Not all instances come with MSI. This is a separate add-on that is provided to customer when they are integrating natively with SFDC or MSD. In the case for Katie, is it potentially removed to reduce the total cost if there is no real requirement?
