Hi Deb, You should be able to select all the leads on your list and then right click and use a single flow action "Change Data Value" You can then choose what you'd like to change and enter a new value. Hi Jamie,Have you considered splitting your list in half, or quarters? You could still send out the same email and funnel all replies into the same campaign, but having a smaller list for the system to sort through should get rid of the time out issues. -John
Hi Hayley,To change a lead's email address, find them in the lead database and then right click on them. Choose Flow Actions > Change Data Value > Email Address. Then you can enter the new address and run the flow action. -John
You would want the job title as number one and then all of the company names to follow. Then you'd set the advanced filters like this.1 and (2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6) etcThat's going to take every lead who has that job title AND one of the company names as attributes.
What sort of symbols are you thinking? The subject line does accept special character and alt key symbols if that's of any use.
As long as each of those leads has that role and company name as attributes/fields then you can choose each as a filter when creating the smart list. You could select multiple filters from the "Lead Attribute" section in order to grab the role/title and then all the companies you want. It would lo...
