I agree with Jeff. If you want to collectin Industry information on the same form you'll have to have 7 fields. The only other option would be to have Industry collected on a separate form at a later time.
Hi Cecile,It's not currently possible to add the same field to a form twice, but you can have multiple rules for when it's made visible. You could have one rule on the Industry field that says "Display Industry if Country is not US or Canada", and then have a rule on both the State and Industry(2nd...
Hi Stephanie,I had a look at your page and the layers were a bit off. I don't know if you're familiar with how a page is built, but there was basically an invisible layer over your buttons, which usually sits on the "bottom" of the page. You can think of layers as pieces of glass. Layer zero is your...
Hi Kyra,There are a few types of Tokens.Lead tokens are basically place holders in your email that will be filled with information about the lead you send the email to. For example you could have one email with the {{lead.First Name}} token go to 10 leads and the token would fill with the first nam...
Hi Dominic,Have you tried setting a time period as well? Each lead can run through the flow once per day maybe?
Hi Mark,In the Admin section of Marketo under Salesforce there is a button to edit your sync options. I'm guessing the activities you're looking for are not checked to sync to SFDC. Have a look and let me know if that solves the problem.John
Hi Dominic,I'm guessing you have a smart campaign set up to alert your sales people when a lead clicks specific links? In the schedule tab of that campaign you can change the qualification rules by clicking on them. You can then choose to only allow each lead through the flow once, or once in a gi...
Hi Naor,While leads are only in Marketo they don't have a lead owner. One solution for this would be to make sure you have a default value set for that token in your email. If there is no value for that field when the email is sent then the default with be entered. Will that accomplish what you wa...
Hi Michelle,This could be accomplished using smart campaigns, but flow steps don't currently have the logic that would be necessary to figure out which actions a lead had taken. You could use a change score flow step at the end of the flow to figure out if they clicked the first email. That step w...
Hi Josh,It might take some coding, but I think you could use the same idea as the KB article below. This article gives instructions to make a two column form, but I think you could make a 4 column form with one field in each column.https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KyssCACJ...
