Hi Marjolaine,If you change a template and approve that change, it will make any landing pages based on that template go into draft mode. You would then approve those landing pages in order to see the changes to the template reflected in the published page. Have you approved both the template and ...
Hi Molly,What you can do is have a 3 day wait step, and then either a Send Email or a Create Task flow step with a choice. The choice would say "If Status is Open, then Send Email or Create Task" and the default would be do nothing. This allows you to check the lead's status at the end of the 3 days...
Hi Tom,Adding a new status to a channel will not change anything for leads currently in that channel. You can change them to that status afterward though. One thing to note while editing channels is that you should never copy/paste values between boxes. That can cause some weird behavior and status...
Hi Denise,You're right. Marketo is focused on leads, so this kind of analytics is not going to be simple or completely accurate. A smart list is what I would have suggested also, but keep in mind that it will only reflect leads currently in the database. There isn't currently anything else that cou...

If the content in Stream 1 has not changed, then yes. A lead will always receive the next piece of content in line that they've never received before. This means content is prioritized from the top down, and that leads will not be sent any content they've received before from any source in your Ma...
Hi Chris,You can move leads back and forth between streams with a smart campaign, or you can move them to any stream, from any stream, by using the transition rules. The thing to remember is that transition rules always pull leads into a stream, so you'll need to base them on actions after which yo...
Hi Karen,You can't add it as a column in a report, as reports are more focused on the number of leads and not individual lead details. You can add it to the members tab of a program though, and you can add it to a smart list view as well.
