Hi Mark,In the Admin section of Marketo under Salesforce there is a button to edit your sync options. I'm guessing the activities you're looking for are not checked to sync to SFDC. Have a look and let me know if that solves the problem.John
Hi Dominic,I'm guessing you have a smart campaign set up to alert your sales people when a lead clicks specific links? In the schedule tab of that campaign you can change the qualification rules by clicking on them. You can then choose to only allow each lead through the flow once, or once in a gi...
Hi Naor,While leads are only in Marketo they don't have a lead owner. One solution for this would be to make sure you have a default value set for that token in your email. If there is no value for that field when the email is sent then the default with be entered. Will that accomplish what you wa...

We've had some success with renaming the comlumn headers in the file you're uploading to match the Marketo fields your uploading to exactly. Give that a try, and post a reply here as soon as things get resolved.JohnMa...

Hi Deb, You should be able to select all the leads on your list and then right click and use a single flow action "Change Data Value" You can then choose what you'd like to change and enter a new value. This will change for every lead on the list at the same time. Does that answer your question? J...
