Absolutely! The Nurture Program was designed for just that purpose. You can enter all of your emails into a stream, and leads that are added to that stream will get one email per week starting with the first. This setup allows you to setup the emails/program one time, and then re-use it over and ov...
If the email isn't sent through Marketo then it wouldn't be tracked, but that doesn't matter so much because the form doesn't care where the lead came from, only the url they used to get there. As long as the parameter is included in the link that goes out with the email, then the form should pick ...
I think you were on the right track with the url parameter. What filters did you use in your smart list? Also, you could have a hidden field on your form that would capture the url parameter if it was there. That would tag leads too, and if the parameter was not there then the field would just rema...
Hi James,I'll need to do some more research on this, but it's most likely Wistia is creating the leads in your database via an api call. How are leads getting to the form? Could you use a hidden field to capture a url parameter? Each url leading to the form could contain the name of the asset, and the hidden field on the form, "Asset Consumed" in this case, would pick that up. That would then be submitted with the other information...
Marketing Suspended will count toward you lead count as well.
So, a lead's status in the Nurture campaign is going to be completely separate from any other Program. If you have Emails and campaigns in one Program, and you use those in the Nurture Program, they won't necessarily change the status in either Program. The stream in your Nurture Program is designed...
