Hey! So I noticed a large spike of new leads Dec 23rd which really threw me off. So I pulled them into a list and noticed that they are all original source type = sfdc, however many are from back in 2012 up to present. How did they suddenly sync over? Any ideas?Thanks!
Hey!I'm looking at the report by sales person and I'm seeing quite a few instances where there are more opens than sends... so the percentages are super high. Are these not unique opens? Just curious how exactly this is working - want to get it locked down before I show anyone.Thanks!Kim
I don't think I quite understand this question. But for mass approval of emails, I would go to Design Studio and click on "Emails". There will be a long list that you can sort and mass approve. I hope this helps! -Kim
Yep, I'd do what Adam is saying. You could also throw in the "Sync with SFDC" flow step just to be sure.
