Hi Paul,You would need for that lead to fill out a form and become "known". If it's a known lead you can definitely set up triggered smart campaigns off of certain actions to send emails. Unfortunately new or anonymous leads we wouldn't have enough info to send to.Kim
You can't reference smartlists in SFDC. However, if you're using SFDC campaigns in your sync you can filter on those. Or you can always create a field that maps over (even if invisible in SFDC) and pull off that. Depends on what you're trying to do!
