Hmmm this is an interesting idea. Do you not need the lead information for everyone planning on attending (the unique email addresses)? I've never done this before but def interested in responses to this question. I would think you could possibly write a custom SFDC field to add these responses?
Nevermind, support helped me out. Just in case anyone else was curious... This MSI list is actually a SFDC permission so the SFDC admin would need to pull it.

Hey Jason-Did you create a separate channel for Sales Email? If so... what is the advantage to this vs just an email blast channel? Also - do you do this just as a program for all SI emails or is there a timeframe you do this by?Thanks!
We still use progression statuses in Email Programs. We made a separate channel and tagged to that. Then we have the normal Sent, Open, Click, etc smart campaigns to change progression (you can always backfill this now if the email has already run). I agree with Jason. I wouldn't be deleting the leads. Change their status and then you still have that history. I'd say it's a glitch. Try refreshing or logging out and back in. Hopefully then you can go back to "filtering to your heart's content"! 🙂
