    I appreciate that your experience has allowed you a view from both the Sales and Marketing side of the house. Though this is not the path I took, I find it extremely valuable as a marketer to be able to understand not only the sales process, but the mindset.

    I've had a decent amount of interactions with the support team for both small and large issues. They get a major thumbs up, always patient and always understanding. And most of all, always helpful.
