P1 issue and Marketo support hanging up on us

A Russian bot is banging our forms and we can't get online support and when we call in Marketo gives a 202 error and hangs up. Meanwhile, I've got 7,000 new junk records coming in....Any suggestions would be appreciated

I would think this is a common question and an answer existed - Marketo reporting is very sub par. I'm not even sure when you pay more (RCA) you'll get this information. I'd be interested if anyone had a decent approach for this.

Ok this technically is user error however in my defense the instructions were poor. When you get to the below screen you need to click the text first and then the Verify button...then log out and back into Google. Seems to work now.
