I'm trying to run a report that shows the largest numbers of employees that have given me their email address. Is this possible? Basically I'm trying to figure out a stack ranking by email extension of enterprises. So do I have 30 emails from various people at Coke and 26 at Pepsi and 22 at Canada Dry. I know I'll have to throw out gmail.com and yahoo but if anyone has ideas I'd be grateful.
Thanks
Bill
Bill,
You're going to have to do a little bit of Excel magic here as it is not available out-of-the-box. First, create a smart list with email address is not empty. Make sure the columns in the smart list include company name. Export this smart list into Excel and use a pivot table to sort and filter by company name. The results will show which company names have the most records in the list, which are people with email addresses.
