I am adding the following code to our email template Email Preference Center however, when testing in in an email test, I do not see email address auto-populating. Any idea why this might be? Thanks again.

"Redirect the /UnsubscribePage.html URL to your page (See 4)" we created a new unsubscribe page and then used a redirect rule on /unsubscribepage.html the only problem now is that when someone goes to the new unsubscribe page the user's email address does not auto-populate. how can we fix this?

for the not-so-technologically-savvy, what does this document mean? I did read this earlier, but I got lost pretty fast. Without knowing about APIs or how to interact with one, can a beginner export this data or does this require some more advanced technical knowledge?
