Hi Christiane,Marketo filtering system did not give us any number (count). This makes us think that it did not identify our target company bot. I hope Marketo focuses on this little more to find a solution. Marketo is too behind is catching up with IT technologies that hinder in email deliverability...

Hi Philip,Nope, Marketo solution did not catch our bot opens. Maybe because IAB list does not include our recipient servers. Also, there is no way to request IAB to add specific companies that employ bots. 😞

Hmm...Sanford, what if you treat ICS as a click? Not sure what you mean by "mail scanner are going to follow links" ....if you are referring to bots than we have a program to filter out Bots. So "click" trigger a status change to "Registered" -----> Status "Registered" triggers registration on GoToW...

Thanks but can bot only "Open" but NOT click. In other words, we are seeing opens but not clicks. Also, what is the logic or Marketo Email Bot Activity release (How it works).Thanks!Riz
