If you're referring to a landing page page, have you tried using an HTML block instead of a Rich Text block?
Hi Jennifer, is this SFDC campaign synced with a program in Marketo? If so, anyone who becomes a member of the program will also become a member of the campaign. So the question might actually be: why are they becoming members of the program?
I also recommend checking out templates.marketo.com - there are responsively designed email templates there too!

Hi Andrea, I recommend adding the constraint "Source Type" to the Lead is Created trigger, and set it to "is not" "salesforce.com", like this: That way, the campaign won't trigger for records that are created by SFDC 🙂
Have you tried adding the pixel using an HTML block on a specific landing page, rather than placing it in the template? If you're in the landing page editor, you can drag over an HTML block from the right side of the screen.
I've never seen this happen before. This was with a Marketo form? Is there anything we would need to do to reproduce it exactly? Is there something different between that hint text and the hint text in the field above it?
