I would just give them a separate list. If you want to add them into the same list as the other 100k, you can, but then you could also add them to a different list for tracking purposes. The same leads would then be in both the larger list and the smaller list.

I suspect the reasoning for this part of the act is the challenge of knowing whether or not two separate email addresses are associated with the same inbox. If it's possible at all, it would be extremely hard to implement. If the recipient doesn't disclose to you what their alternate email addresses...
