Sorry all for my late reply on this.I talked to both my SF developer team and DevOps folks. The issue is due to a timeout when Marketo can’t get a response back from Salesforce. Unfortunately, as a Marketo user there is nothing we can do to fix it. We have to wait for Marketo to address the issue.

Yes. As long as Verdana comes first the text is not going render as Arial. You can also update all font-family values with "font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;" to be consistent throughout the email.

Yes, you are correct. They are not all actual spam complaints, but these errors can be triggered if someone marks your email as spam and next time your email will not be delivered to them.

Nick Weirens You can see it by creating a smart list with the following filters: Email Bounced is any (you can also add a "Date of Activity" constraint) & Email Suspended Cause contains spam, block, blacklisted, 550, 553, 554.
Spencer Phillips I would not put invite or reminder campaigns into separate programs. It would be much easier for you to manage them inside a single program, and it will not break any reports.
