I have, but I have zero experience with it. Unica was acquired by IBM and is part of their MA suite. Some of the G2Crowd reviews and industry commentary have been that IBM's offering is confusing. My understanding is that Unica can be quite powerful in the right situation.

Hi Darren,So you re-approved the Email Template draft AND the email approved - with draft?How many changes did you make to the template? Updating an email template sometimes doesn't work very well, but it's hard to say what happened without the code or screenshots.
