Sure.If the field already is synced, you can do that. Or create a synced field and then push the Bounced Reason info to that field using a daily batch.Why do you need this in SFDC? Seems like extra data only you need to see.
What do the docs say? What does Cvent say?I am pretty sure it does push from cvent to Marketo only, although there are ways to do a sync if desired. Just be careful.

No.All this does is allow someone who set their browser to "Ask websites not to track me" then munchkin will quietly not track that person.
