Those are all good ideas. I usually would clone and test a program like that first.Did the Sent status exist previously or did you add it to the custom channel?I'd walk through the intended progressions and flows to see just what is triggered and when.

Yes, you need to use the Wait Until step with a Wait Until 8am Must End on M-Sa. So that would not be in the Send Email IF step. Trigger: Lead is Created Flow: Wait Until M-Sa at 8am Send Email "Call Us"

How could a Contact not have an Account?It also depends on your Marketo User's security profile. Is that setup to not look at certain data? If not, then Marketo won't see it and sync that data.
