No, I wouldn't use Lead Source with this one. You could use a "Current Source" field, but that'll be overwritten.Better to tie such things to a landing page URL Param or separate landing pages per partner.
You will need to format that column as Text or Zip Code to have it show the leading zero. This is a common issue with Excel because it thinks the General format would not need the leading zero as it is mathematically meaningless.
Did the auto save fully catch the change in the flow action? Sometimes you need to click in the gray area to ensure it catches.It also sounds like you are talking about Activity Scores and "Generic" scores so maybe there are multiple campaigns running and you changed the wrong one?
