Are you talking about the marketo tracking token? Or a Program local token? Can you check the token's values? Does it work if the link has no tracking on it?
What is the spam tester saying as a possible error?Usually I repeat the same URL 2-3 times in a webinar email or most CTAs...which has never been an issue. It may have something to do with the Image URL, tokens, and the surrounding html. Spam filters will see certain kinds of code as problematic.

You need to use the Sign on with LinkedIn for the form.
You can also add both lead scores to the same flow and have them both add or subtract the same score for that trigger.
