Just be careful if you do this because connecting a Program to an SFDC Campaign will sync all leads that go into that Program.I usually recommend syncing all leads. Leads that are in nurturing or not with sales go to Queues or a special owner.
Is the current ICS token not working for you? You can only add tokens in the ICS under Description.You can create this as a Token and then modify the date with each program you run.Otherwise this might be something to post to Ideas.

Steffen is correct.It's important that you enforce the use of Contact Role because without that, Marketo won't match an Opp to a Lead.
