I believe this field is listed as Status in SFDC. For me, this is what I have seen for months.You can name it Lead Status for import purposes by using the List Import Alias. That won't quite help you.I suggest renaming the other Status field if you have access to do this.
As far as I know, this is generated from the social platform. You can create custom forms to put more data in, but this might require special programming if you want to pull data from the social platform.
Marketo is releasing the new features to all instances over the next month. There will not be an "old" or "new version".
It might be if you adjust the CSS in the same way. I'd suggest looking at the fully generated email and then putting in some custom CSS that overwrites their CSS.

You may not have permission to use Dynamic Content or Segmentation.
Are you referring to the imported Programs?The Spark version may leave out a few triggers that aren't available in Standard.
Take a look at what Matt suggests. Also look if your email changed or the list has changed in some way. Have your subject lines changed? Do an AB test to see what happens as well. Check your delivered % too.
