If you are using a segmentation in this, then try a Wait Step, but that will only work for an Email. If you pass the Lead to a Page immediately, the segmentation won't be triggered quickly enough.You might try redirecting to several pages depending on the field (which I know Eric did not recommend)....
Most teams setup an email box that has proxy access so you can go into the replies and find the ones you need to take action on.

As far as I know, marketing suspended is never used by the system. It can only be used by you. If the reason is blank, then it probably never got filled in any way.Marketo uses Email Suspended for system blocks.Check if you have a flow that is suspending leads.
