I'm not sure about the Reset/Clear button. Normally I don't put those on our forms to discourage wipeouts or anything other than going forward. Hitoshi, What do you mean exactly? If you've setup the email to have both text and html, and a user is only viewing text, there should be no issue. I'm not sure why Marketo would re-send an email in any case other than a temporary server issue on the target's side.
I do what Steven suggests. My impression is that Clicks Link in Email is ANY Link unless you specify otherwise.

Are you looking at the Program Member Report? Check that as well as refresh the previous report.If neither report has Attended On Demand, then check the logs for the campaign that is running for Attended On Demand.
