Amber,That would definitely work as long as you were able to properly monitor the sync and the SFDC2 leads in a separate set of lists. Then just exclude them from being sent over. Of course, if some of them are dupes, they will merge and sync over to SFDC1.
Matt,It is possible that if SFDC only required email address, then Marketo could sync over a lead with only an email address. Not sure about that, but you can definitely use tokens and local tokens.
You should also be careful that multiple triggers ALWAYS use OR between the triggers, then Marketo looks at any of the green filters. Same question, you want to create a new field? Do a search for "create new field in marketo" and you'll find what you need. Admin>Field Management>New if this is a Marketo only field, that's ok. If you need Salesforce to see it, you should create it in SFDC first.
