Are the leads already in SFDC? Check the Lead's activity log to see if an SFDC sync happened yet.It does sometimes take 5-10 minutes for all data to sync.
did the Marketo User modify anything yet? Marketo won't sync back to SFDC unless there's a change to a record in Marketo.
Sarah,You choose the URL during the Landing Page setup phase. The "Name" of the page you see in Marketing Activities or Design Studio is just your internal name and IS NEVER SEEN by leads.The URL slug is what is seen. You can do this with Aweber or Mailchimp or even feedblitz. Not sure if you can setup the API to sync your sub preferences between the systems, so you might have to do it manually and direct people to the marketo unsub page.
Jennifer,This sounds like a custom SFDC field. If it's not showing up Marketo, then your Marketo user probably doesn't have rights to read that field. You need to expose that on the page (SFDC Pro) or ask your SFDC Admin to fix that.
